About the Event

Attention please! Co-organized by Shanghai Rockbund Art Museum (RAM) and HUGO BOSS, the 2019 HUGO BOSS ASIA ART Award for Emerging Asian Artists is back! The Award will maintain its focus on emerging artists from Greater China and Southeast Asia, reconstructing the narrative of Asian history and contemporary context through various artistic forms including video installations, paintings, and performance. Following from the deliberations of the nominating committee, the finalist artists of the fourth edition of the HUGO BOSS ASIA ART Award are: Hao Jingban (Mainland China), Hsu Che-Yu (Taiwan), Eisa Jocson (Philippines) and Thảo-Nguyên Phan (Vietnam) This time, RAM will launch a speeeeeecial event for the exhibition which curators will give a site tour to the audience.
