Criteria:

1. Contribute new challenges into contemporary art both in Greater China and in Southeast Asia in recent years.
2. Contribute to the construction of complexity and diversity of contemporary art in its historical and future perspectives.
3. Demonstrate innovation of artistic creation.
4. Contribution to criticality, understanding and transforming of some issues in the societies and in global level.

Eligibility:

1. Age limitation under 35 (born after 1982/1/1)
2. All genders
3. Originate from Greater China or Southeast Asia
4. All media
5. The continuity of art practice in the past at least 3 years
